My mom called me last month and asked me if I could knit her up a couple of pairs of cotton socks. I told her sure, I can do that. Do you want any particular color? Design? I asked. She told me just to make them plain and nothing fancy.
So off I went to look through the cotton yarns that Simply Socks Yarn Company had and found this on in the Lang Jawoll and another color that I'll show later as I'm working on them now.
I started knitting on them on August 7th and only just finished this first pair on August 25th. Normally it doesn't take me very long to knit socks up. But I've had a lot of things happening to keep me from my knitting, spinning, weaving, crocheting, and soap making.
Now that things have slowed down I'll get my mom's second pair finished faster.
